Whether you’re a homeowner or someone running a business, you can convert Sun’s energy into free electricity using solar power technology. It is possible to meet your energy consumption requirements while leaving your current cash flow or household budget unaffected. With modern high-performing solar panels, inverters and battery storage system, you can generate your own energy and send excess power back to the grid and get paid by energy retailers. Now more than ever, the increasing cost of electricity and the growing concern over greenhouse gas emissions has urged people to look for cleaner and cheaper sources of energy. Among all the renewable sources of energy available, solar energy is a great choice because it can be used for many applications. Since Australia receives abundant sunshine during the summer and winter months, households and businesses can install solar panels and use this incredibly large and renewable solar resource to their advantage.

Solar panels & Inverter

Capture sunlight during the day and convert it into Direct Current (DC).
Receives that direct current from the panels and converts it into Alternate Current (AC – the electricity you use in your home). You use this electricity when you need it, and send any excess back to the grid or to a battery storage system.

Battery storage

Battery storage: means any excess energy your system generates can be stored for use later even when the sun is not shining. When the battery is fully charged, you can send the excess energy back to the grid .

Digital meter

Digital meter: measures your electricity use and can tell you more about your energy habits.

Power grid

Power grid: receives any excess energy you generate, and a feed-in tariff can allow you to get a credit on your bill for that excess electricity. You can also draw the extra electricity back from the grid if your system does not generate enough.
